ServicesMidsize Jet Charter

Midsize Jet Charter from Brownsburg

If a light jet would be tight on space or have to stop for fuel, a midsize jet brings more cabin room and true nonstop range. We fit the aircraft to your trip, tell you why in plain words and hand you one all-inclusive quote before you agree to anything.

When to choose a midsize jet

Midsize jets usually carry six to eight passengers in a cabin wider than a light jet's, most often with an enclosed lavatory and a bigger baggage hold. Many cover about three to five hours without stopping, enough to reach most of the country from central Indiana with no fuel stop.

Every request starts with one question from us: would a smaller aircraft work? Four passengers on a two-hour flight with carry-ons are often better off in a light jet or turboprop, and we will tell you. Once the group, the bags or the distance outgrow that, the higher cost of a midsize jet begins to earn its keep.

We have been in business 5 years. Every flight we arrange is with FAA-certified Part 135 air carriers, the operating standard the industry requires for on demand charter.

What comes with a midsize charter

A jet picked for your trip
Before we name an aircraft type, we check the headcount, luggage, distance and the runways on each end. We explain the choice and what moving one size up or down would change.
One quote with everything in it
The figure we give you already counts fuel, crew, landing and FBO fees, and taxes. The final invoice holds no hidden costs.
Priced one way, point to point
A one-way trip is billed as one way. Round trip pricing never applies to a flight you are not taking.
Room to work or rest
Many of the midsize aircraft we arrange have enough cabin height to move around easily, plus club seating and a galley. Aircraft with WIFI are available if you need to stay online.
Pets can come along
Pets are allowed aboard. We settle the details with the operator ahead of time so boarding goes smoothly.

Signs your trip calls for a midsize jet

  • Your group is six or more

Light jets fill quickly once you add a fifth or sixth passenger. A midsize cabin seats a larger party without anyone perched on a side-facing jump seat.

  • The flight runs past three hours

On longer legs an enclosed lavatory and room to stretch matter more than they do on a quick hop.

  • You are carrying real luggage

Golf bags, ski gear or a week of suitcases can exceed a light jet's baggage limits. A midsize jet usually takes them without leaving anything behind.

  • A light jet would need a fuel stop

If the smaller aircraft has to land en route, the stop can eat the savings and add an hour. Nonstop range often settles the question.

  • The day is built around meetings

Executives who need to review documents or hold a call in flight get a quieter, roomier workspace.

What drives the price of a midsize charter

Per hour, a midsize jet costs more than a light jet, so we suggest one only when the trip calls for it. Inside this class, a few factors move the quote, and we go over each before you book.

Distance and time aloft

Time in the air is the biggest piece of every quote. Routing and headwinds can nudge it a little.

The aircraft's starting point

Moving a jet from another base to an FBO near you can add cost, so we look first for aircraft already near Brownsburg.

Overnights and waiting

On a return with a few days between legs, the quote may include crew lodging, or the jet may fly home and come back for you. We price both ways and suggest the cheaper one.

Time of year and demand

Availability tightens around holiday weekends and big events. Winter flights can also need de-icing, and that charge is in the quote.

Setting up your midsize flight

Questions about midsize jet charter

What is the passenger capacity of a midsize jet?

Six to eight people fit comfortably in most, depending on the model and cabin layout. Before you book, we confirm the seat count and baggage limits for the exact aircraft.

Will a midsize jet make the West Coast without stopping?

With a moderate load, many midsize jets reach the West Coast nonstop from central Indiana. A full cabin, heavy luggage or strong headwinds can change that, and we will tell you plainly if a stop or a bigger aircraft makes more sense.

Am I charged for a flight back?

No. Our pricing is point to point, so one way is quoted as one way. Any repositioning the aircraft needs is already counted in your all-inclusive quote.

Which company flies the aircraft?

We set up the trip, and a separate charter operator provides the aircraft and crew under the federal rules for on demand charter, which cover crew training, maintenance and operations. When you book, we give you the operator's name and the exact aircraft, so you know who is flying you.

Could a light jet cost less?

Often it can, with four or fewer passengers on shorter legs. We price it against a midsize jet on your real route so you can see what the added room and range cost.
