ServicesSuper-Midsize Jet Charter
Super-Midsize Jet Charter from Brownsburg
In a super-midsize jet you can stand up in the cabin, bring real luggage and reach either coast without stopping for fuel. We fit the aircraft to your trip and price it point to point, so you pay only for the flight you take.
When a Super-Midsize Jet Fits the Trip
This category includes the Challenger 350, Citation Longitude, Praetor 600 and Gulfstream G280. Most carry eight to ten passengers in a flat-floor cabin with roughly six feet of headroom, and many fly three to four thousand miles without stopping. From central Indiana, that brings Los Angeles, Seattle, Miami and much of Mexico and the Caribbean within a single leg.
We would rather book the jet your trip calls for than the largest one on the market. Four people flying to Chicago or Nashville are well served by a light or midsize jet for less, and we will tell you so. When the distance is long, the group is bigger or the bags are heavy, a super-midsize is worth it, and we explain why before you commit.
We have spent five years arranging charters for executives, families and companies in Brownsburg, Avon, Plainfield and Zionsville. FAA-certified Part 135 air carriers operate every flight we book.
What Comes With Your Charter
A jet picked for the route
We weigh distance, headcount, luggage and the runway where you land, then narrow the field to super-midsize aircraft that fit. You hear the tradeoffs in plain words.
One all-inclusive price
Fuel, crew, landing and FBO fees and federal taxes are combined in a single figure. Nothing hidden is added once you have flown.
Point to point, one-way pricing
A one-way trip is never charged at round trip pricing. Leave Friday and return Tuesday, and each leg gets its own quote.
Space to work or rest
Many jets in this class come with WIFI, a full galley and an enclosed lavatory, plus seats that lie flat on longer flights. Pets are welcome on board.
Space for serious luggage
Golf bags, sample cases and skis usually fit with room left over, and on some models you can get into the baggage hold in flight.

Signs Your Trip Calls for a Super-Midsize
- The flight runs past three hours
- On long legs a stand-up cabin and a proper lavatory change how you arrive. Smaller jets get tiring after the first few hours.
- You want to skip the fuel stop
- A midsize jet may need to land on the way to the West Coast. A super-midsize usually flies it in one leg, which saves time on the ground.
- Your group is seven or more
- Eight to ten passengers can sit comfortably with their bags, so the team or family travels together on one aircraft.
- The schedule leaves no slack
- When a meeting or event cannot move, we can work on an on demand departure around the clock, subject to aircraft and crew availability.
How the Booking Goes
- 1
Talk it through by phone
Share the route, timing and passengers, along with anything special like pets or heavy luggage. A video call works too if you prefer.
- 2
Your options and quote
We come back with suitable aircraft, each with an all-inclusive quote, and point out when a smaller jet would do just as well.
- 3
Details confirmed
After you pick, we lock in the operator, the departure FBO, catering and ground transport. Passenger and timing details reach you before the flight.
- 4
Flight day
Get to the FBO a little before takeoff, skip the terminal lines and board with the crew ready. Your bags are loaded straight onto the aircraft.
What Drives the Price
Super-midsize charter is priced mainly by time in the air, so the route matters most. A few other factors shift the figure, and each one appears in your quote instead of as a later surprise.
- Hours in the air
- Long routes and strong headwinds add flight time, and flight time drives the cost more than anything.
- Getting the jet to you
- When the closest available aircraft is in another city, it must fly to you first. Picking one based nearer Indianapolis can bring the total down.
- Crew nights away
- Trips of several days can include crew lodging and standby time, which we weigh against booking separate one-way legs.
- Travel dates and demand
- Supply tightens on holiday weekends and around big events. Booking early or leaving some give in your departure time helps.
Questions About Super-Midsize Charter
- What is the seating on a super-midsize jet?
- Eight or nine passengers is typical, and some layouts seat ten. Luggage affects comfort as well, so tell us what you are packing and we will check the fit.
- Is a nonstop from Indianapolis to the West Coast possible?
- Usually, yes. Range depends on the model, the passenger load and winter headwinds, so we check the exact aircraft against your route before we quote.
- Is a super-midsize worth the step up from a midsize?
- On flights under three hours with a small group, often not, and we will say that. The added cost pays off when you need nonstop range, a stand-up cabin or more seats.
- Who flies the aircraft?
- Your confirmation names the operator and the exact aircraft, so you know who is flying you before the day of travel. Ask us, and we will explain what we look at when picking an operator.
- What if the aircraft has a mechanical issue?
- We work to find another suitable aircraft so your trip goes on with as little delay as possible. We keep you posted by phone while the replacement is lined up and explain any change before it takes effect.

Plan Your Next Long Flight
Share your route, dates and group size, and we will recommend the aircraft that fits rather than the largest one on offer. Your all-inclusive quote comes by phone.
