Using This Website

This website belongs to Private Jet Charter Brownsburg, a charter company based in Brownsburg, Indiana. It is here to explain our charter options and help you decide whether to speak with us. By browsing these pages, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Information Only

The pages describe aircraft categories, empty leg flights and how we arrange point to point trips. Cabin layouts, range, seating and onboard features vary from one aircraft to the next. We keep the descriptions accurate as best we can, but they are general guidance, not a promise that a particular jet will be available for your date or route.

Quotes Given by Phone

Our phone line, (317) 588-8056, is the only way to reach us. A quote we give on the phone reflects the route, passengers, timing and aircraft availability at that moment. Availability and pricing can change before a trip is confirmed.

A flight is only booked once you have agreed to the final itinerary and the charter agreement that goes with it. That agreement, not this website, sets out the terms of your trip.

Operators and Flight Decisions

Flights are carried out by independent air carriers, and their own conditions of carriage apply alongside your charter agreement. Weather, air traffic control, airport or FBO restrictions and safety judgments by the flight crew can delay, reroute or cancel a departure. Those decisions sit with the operator and crew, and we will keep you informed as plans change.

Limits of Our Responsibility

We do not accept responsibility for losses that come from relying on general information published on this site. Nothing here limits any right you hold under Indiana law that cannot lawfully be limited.
